Doone Flow is a workflow automation platform that enables users to create automated workflows connecting triggers (webhooks, emails) to actions (SMS, CRM updates, AI processing). The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different plan tiers.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
3.2 Account Types
- Individual Accounts: Personal use of the Service
- Organization Accounts: Team or business use with multiple users
- Free Plan: Limited features, subject to usage restrictions
- Paid Plans: Enhanced features based on subscription tier

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR FAILURES
- DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doone Flow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
